Helpful until you get in the door and then it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Unprofessional. They just ignore emails and phone calls once they take your money
Poor, poor organisation; we have been in our new build accommodation since October 2022 and been plagued by faults and severe lack of responses from Cairn and their nominated sub-contractors. We have promised the earth to resolve some serious issues concerning our heating controls systems and now 19/01/2024, these repetative issues have not been resolved. The level of incompetence demonstrated in their vain attempts to resolve numerous faults between them and the sub-contractors beggared belief. Faulty extract fans, Gas/Electricity meters installed and then allocated wrong street addresses still on-going with some tennents fitting of non-standard toilets yet to be replaced, property inspections after 6 months failed to materialise, shower rail curtain support missing after two attempts, failed to provide the correct support which we purchased and replaced ourselves. Hours spent on the phone, using their Portal to raise/report/chase up inaction to resolve issues which just never seemed to get fixed ……………… Would we recommend Cairnha? NO, definately not.
Terrible organisation don’t care about their tenants even when you’re disabled
