Excellent service! The staff were super friendly, attentive, and we were helped the second we walked in the door. They were all very well dressed and clearly cared about their business and the service they offered. We ordered the afternoon tea which was very good, especially the desserts. I think they could do with cleaning the floors more often, and give the restrooms a bit more attention. Other than that, we had a great time here, and would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone who would like a traditional afternoon tea experience.

Cafe Concerto Kensington High Street was absolutely epic. What a wonderful restaurant and patisserie. We stopped for a cup of tea and a sweet treat and fell in love with Cafe Concerto. Such a beautiful display of cakes and patisserie in the window. We will definitely be back again and again. We are coming for “afternoon” tea next time. Robin our waiter was spectacular.
The crepes, raspberry lemonade, cherry frangipan and flat white drink were great and robin did such a good job! The experience seriously made me consider moving to London Thanks again robin!Food: 5/5
Do not come here. Although the desserts look amazing and delicious it was a total disappointment. For starters, all the dessert is ready made but it took them nearly 15 minutes to bring it us from the fridge. The tiramisu was soggy and heavily lacking flavour. The lemon margarine was not whipped enough and you could feel the sugar pieces. It was way too sweet and definitely, most definitely will not get it again. We ordered an earl grey tea and it came over brewed and undrinkable. The macaroons were okay, dry and soooo sweet. But it was the best out of the rest. Eating here was torture, could not finish a single dish. Really sad because of how pretty the place is. Just fyi their afternoon tea and desserts are halal. Dietary restrictions: Halal
Lovely cafe! Had some absolutely delicious meatballs and mozzarella sticks along side some delightful desserts! Vedasree, our waitress was so welcoming and served us perfectly would definitely recommend! Gorgeous interior!Food: 5/5
Ordered some cakes and pasta. Honestly, the cake was amazing. Especially the strawberry cake and the honey cake. Savoury dish was also good with reasonable price. Yuri served us well and gave good recommendations on the food choices.Food: 5/5
