Atmosphere: rather delirious Staff: ok, more cooperation, and friendliness expected, if one works for a known branch of coffee shops. Food: the range expected from Paul’s was not the best, there was a very limited range. It is annoying that the lunch deals are only available if one scans on the app. I have been going to the other Paul’s branch in Holland Park and it was rather annoying that standards could t be maintained. The sandwich was badly toasted and service slow. Despite hardly many customers being there. Tiny seating area

I'm shocked and disappointed. I'm doing this here as i can't on delerroo. Me and my partner love Paul and always recommend it. But the mocha that we got today was both shocking and embarrassing for Paul. Sometimes the mocha come a little less chocolate, but we don't mind as it's always nice and hot and still tastes good. Today, we received 2 mocha's that were both almost half empty. At first, I was like ok they may be busy and rushed it. But even the taste today, there was none. It was like a normal coffee with a hint of chocolate. I rent and rav about Paul's mocha to people because they are the best i can get. But these were so disappointing. Yes, they credit the account, but when re ordering I still have to pay extra for delivery again, etc. Again, 2nd ones turned up and a little bit more liquid and not as lukewarm. But still extremely disappointing. Food is always so amazing and sonis the mocha normally. Very very disappointed. Will try upload abphot as well. 2 on the right were 2nd order. UPDATE: Manger of this branch did go out of her way to call my partner and was very apologetic and was very sincere. She explained she wasn't in that day and that's not how she has trained her staff. Not offen managers will go out of there way but we really appreciate the effort as we do love everything from Paul. THANK YOU TO THE MANGER FOR ADDRESSING THIS.
High quality food and mostly it is fresh. Not too expensive considering the location, would reccomend PAUL it is also rather small & dining in costs more so I would reccomend utilizing it as a take-away location
I've ordered a bag of chocolate filled doughnuts which are absolutely delicious and fresh. I must say they're maintaining good standards. Cheers!
Very good bread. BUT unsmiling service of young girl behind the counter. Why was she grumpy? Someone needs to talk to her to improve her attitude!!! Time of visit: Friday 12th of March at approx. 4 p.m
Loved the atmosphere of the place, although small it was comfortable to sit in there and no pressure to hurry up. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cakes and coffee were lovely and the array of food on display was enticing, I bought a pain with olives to take home and it was delish with humous.
Went here for the first time, really enjoyed the food and came back to order 3 times. I was served by Fiona and she was very warm, lovely and welcoming. Definitely convinced to come back!!!Food: 5/5
