Fluctuating level of service. Stay in price doesn't include mugs or plates, no bathroom and very limited selection. However you are still charged 30% more Vs take away?! Why? Below Average experience. This branch needs a revamp and management need to be fair with loyal customers compared to level of service.

I love a Paul, it has everything you could want from a French patisserie in the heart of London, and my favourite apricot slices! Coffee is great, food also yummy. Friendly, professional service.

Great franch taste!  One of the best coffee I have taste.  It's a vwry small shop and fits around 10 to 12 customers inside.  Has a small toilet.  It's a bit confuse if you get there during morning which is the hush hour there.  Everyone is in and out.

The member of staff was very helpful and told me how to redeem my points.

A well-stocked bakery just across from the Gloucester Road underground station. Breakfast pastries, luscious French patisserie, bread sticks and rounds—they have it all. This chain seems quite reliable for diverse selection and quality.

Nice place to relax and have sandwich and pastry. Friendly staff.

Great pastries and the best hot chocolate I have ever had.
