Reasonably priced good croissant! Not very airy, their croissant was quite doughy, but in a good way. Welcoming and friendly staff. Overall a beautiful cafe with outdoor dining area.Food: 4/5
Liked this place, was very authentic with a wide offer from good desserts to omelettes, crepes and gallets. Staff is friendly and enjoy each other company too which is nice to see in people working together. We were allowed with the laptops. Tables were not that big to work with a laptop but still good thing there no restriction policy and we could fine sockets. Toilets are clean and well fitted. Many thanks, will be coming more
I’ve had breakfast as this cafe several times during my stay and I loved it! The food and coffee are delicious. I also enjoy the atmosphere. The servers are nice enough.Food: 5/5
Escape the city's hustle and bustle at Montparnasse Cafe in London. The cozy ambiance and delightful surroundings create a tranquil atmosphere. The highlight was the heavenly pancakes with blueberries, perfectly fluffy and accompanied by bursts of fruity sweetness. The exceptional black coffee, rich and aromatic, was the ideal start to the day. The attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service, adding to the overall experience. With its Parisian-inspired decor, Montparnasse Cafe offers a charming and memorable cafe experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a cozy retreat in London.
A home-like French patisserie right next to the Kensington Square gardens. The host and crew are super warm and welcoming and make you instantly feel like a part of them. Highly recommend their coffee. Perfect outdoor spot to kick off your Sunday morning with some sun on your face and a crunchy croissant on your plate.
Really charming, warm and vibrant cafe! Came here for a hot chocolate and to work on my laptop in the corner, quick and friendly service. There is no wi-fi here gets quite crowded!Food: 4/5
I bought my coffee and a ham & cheese sandwich for take away then I requested the lady behind the till,May I use the toilet please and then she said sorry its for customer only and I was shocked and told her I bought my breakfast and you telling me that I am not a customer, then she allowed me to use it but her behavior made me feel bad. Poor customer service.
A hidden gem in Kensington! The inside has a Parisian cafe atmosphere and decor and is perfect for breakfast/brunch or coffee and dessert after shopping. The coffee is good, served in adorable rustic cups and the food is top notch. We have tried most of the menu so far and the top 3 are the eggs Benedict, the croque madame and of course the croissants. Great selection of freshly baked pastries too. The staff is fantastic, friendly and with humour. Prices are average considering the location and quantity/quality of food.
Super busy small French café. Well located in Kensington. They do have a good variety of pastry and patisserie. Very nice and cosy too. The food was alright. Ordered quite a few things to try. The mushroom quiche, the tarte aux pêche, the mushroom tomato croissant, the mille feuilles, the chocolate éclairs were all very nice. Didn’t quite like the galettes Bretons, its was blend and tasteless, seems like boiled mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach been thrown into it but the salad that came with it was nice. Staff are nice but super rushed with the service as they are extremely busy. Overall we had a lovely experience there and recommended it.
The food was okay but I love the decor of the cafe.Food: 4/5
