I had an amazing experience at Concerto! Tried Pistachio Honey Cake and Chocolate Gateau with Concerto Hot Chocolate and everything Turns out to be best. Talking About Ambience It’s Photogenic Location. Service was Also excellent. And Specially i was Really impressed with ServerRijual who Guided me to try Pistachio Cake… Which was Outstanding Among all. I would Definitely recommend this place. Thank You,
I went for an afternoon tea with my sister at caffè concerto at Piccadilly, and got served lots of nice warm dishes. The servers were very kind and helpful. I forgot to mention quick. We were told we had one hour to complete the high tea. The table was clean, and the chair was solid. There was some music playing in the background. Afterwards we had to take a doggy bag with the leftovers. It was my third time at this place other two times for dinner and i will come back again
The staff were amazing.I was disappointed with the cheesecake. There was nothing wrong with it. For me it was the taste. I know not to expect MY cheesecake, but it wasn’t for my palette. The whisky coffee on the other hand was fantastic.
A very cute restaurant! Loved the portions of the food. Quality of food was absolutely impeccable!! We were served by Alex, who is an exceptional waiter and very polite. Loved his service and will surely come to visit again.Food: 5/5
Seriously do not recommend. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so poor I had to. Atmosphere is decent, interior is nice, cakes in the windows are nice and the presentation of the afternoon tea was nice. However: - Tea was straight from tea bags, sugar is from packets and not cubes - Sandwiches were salty and not nice - Scones were so dry spoke to manager, he said they’re supposedly made in the morning and microwaved, and so it was overheated so were dry - cakes were okay. The fact that I came with a voucher and paid a fraction and still coming with a review this bad, should speak volumes. Again, I really do NOT recommend
Afternoon tea on a Saturday early afternoon. A bustling and pleasant dining room that was almost full but didn't feel too crowded. The afternoon tea was very good. Sandwiches, scones with jam and cream then some dessert treats. Nice English breakfast tea in a small silver pot was good too. The only slightly negative was that when full they seemed understaffed leading to the staff interactions being slightly rushed and it felt as though they were all 3 we dealt with a little brisk. While not entirely their own fault I had to mark the service down for this and hope that management see this and review things. I would definitely go again though and if you're inthe market for an afternoon tea you should too. Look out for voucher site offers too as they turn it from a good deal to a great deal.
the ambience is very cutesy and cozy, along with the display of desserts. food came a bit late and the serving size wasnt that big, but the flavour was there and quite nice : had their scones, was a bit dry and crumbly. alex was very attentive towards our needs and made sure we were comfy.Food: 4/5
We got afternoon tea for 2 at Caffe Concerto and had an amazing experience! The sandwiches were perfect for sharing, scones wonderfully prepared, and the desserts were unbelievable! The caffe has a window viewable to-go bakery as well, and our server Alex was great at providing recommendations and service!Food: 5/5

We had tea and cake here and loved it. The cakes were incredible. They looked beautiful and tasted as good as they looked! Staff were lovely and very attentive. We loved it so much when we saw another Cafe Concerto in Covent Garden we went to that one too and it was just a good. Excellent food and a lovely atmosphere.Food: 5/5
