I got myself a Mocha and an almond croissant. The croissant was NOT FRESH cold and not buttery enough , mocha was fairly smooth, the quality of beans and Cocoa powder used were decent as well, but definitely not good enough for the price. Tables were not clean enough, mine had stains on it. Service staff was polite though.
Came for a light bite before my flight and service and food was exceptional! The atmosphere was also lovely and the manager Leanne could not have been nicer to speak with!
Tom served us one of the best coffee’s I’ve had in years. Thanks Tom for putting much effort and love into the hot drinks. Well deserved 5*
Probably the worst breakfast wrap I have ever had the mispleasure of trying to eat, elastic bacon, ground egg that resembles porridge oats rammed into a wrap Ordered a mug of hot chocolate also that might as well have just been brown tinted milk as they couldn't be bothered to stir it before serving.. bottom of the mug resembling something id expect to see if i was prospecting for oil... avoid at all costs
Unpleasant experience. Coffee flat white not recommended, bad taste and quality. Dirty tables, fine staff though.
Got a butter croissant and it was £3.50, nearly the same price as my coffee and the taste/texture didnt justify the price. The staff are very unwelcoming and miserable, one of them was cleaning under my table and was basically sweeping my feet without saying excuse me or any apology. The floors were still filthy despite him cleaning them. One of the few cafes in this airport but really not worth it by any means!
Flew out to Tenerife last Sunday and came into Ritazza for a snack to take on the plane. Pastries were lovely and fresh with lots of choice.
The label on the displayed bacon bap says "back bacon"... the roll is warmed up and the bacon is NOT back bacon. Its soggy, fatty streaky bacon £15 for 2 bacon baps and 2 small teas! Change your labelling!
Stopped in for quick snack and drink whilst waiting for Belfast flight. Service was friendly and professional. Quick to receive order. Lovely Americano with shot of steamed milk, made the way I like it. Plenty of space and tables were quickly cleared. Wish I could say the same for the Bfs refreshment options! Recommended.
Was served today by Erhan the service was great and coffee very good
