We have tried Bubble Cha recently and it’s a very good place for a good price bubble tea for the large cup. The staff were friendly and they have different types of bubble tea too. The service was quick and location was great too.Food: 5/5
Really good bubble tea place. Staff are all friendly and sweet. The decor is just like it should be; with a mishmash of random posters, menus and decor. All in all, a really fun place to visit with a calm atmosphere. Bonus point, tried my first ever fortune cookie!

Cannot recommend this place enough, have been going for years now and it never disappoints. I always go for the speciality teas such as the cheese foam or the yakult drinks but you can’t go wrong with the classics. A must try is the brown sugar fresh milk boba! This is where my Bubble Tea journey started early last year. An absolutely stunning establishment with so many different options and combinations that it would take a lifetime to try it all. From amazing milk and fruit teas through to fantastic bubble waffles and ice creams. The prices are fantastic for the quality you get too. The atmosphere in the store is so good and you could be forgiven if you thought you had somehow left Newcastle and found yourself in an authentic Taiwanese tea house. I know it's a little way from the centre, and I know there are a plethora of Bubble Tea shops elsewhere in the city, but do yourself a favour and make sure to try this for yourself at least once. You won't be disappointed.
Truly enjoyed our time at Bubble Cha Newcastle! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I’ve ordered a bowl of seafood curry laksa. It was rich and creamy and it reminds me back to Malaysia. For dessert, my friends and I ordered their specialty bubble waffle topped with strawberries and blueberries and strawberry ice-cream. If you ever come to Chinatown in Newcastle, you should come pay a visit to Bubble Cha!
Came from Chester to try out Bubble Cha as I’d heard amazing things; my expectations were exceeded! The bubble waffles are delicious and the bubble tea is the best I’ve tried. To top it off, the staff are so lovely! Would definitely make the journey to have Bubble Cha again! 5/5Food: 5/5
The shop is located right in Newcastle Chinatown, the service was very friendly and my drink was prepared in no time. I had green tea with passion fruit and mango pearls for just 3,60GBP. Highly Recommended!Food: 5/5
Had an amazing experience- asked for a recommendation and the staff were so lovely. Ended up trying the caramel milk tea and was so tasty and refreshing!!! Also tried the bubble waffle and paired perfectly with the drink, couldn’t recommend more heading to this establishment. 5/5!!!Food: 5/5
Here you can find traditional bubble tea with so many flavors. Nothing fancy, but the atmosphere takes you to the busy streets of Taiwan.
