Food and drink nice. But the woman serving needs training and told to be nice to customers, she was rude and grumpy. Remember we're the ones who pay your wages at the end of the day.

Lady serving was wearing hygenic gloves for food handling but then kept gloves on to take money from customers then back to handling food thank goodness my muffin was wrapped

Very disappointed by the customer service! When me and my partner went there, it felt like we were gonna get told off just for ordering for something to eat! But the thing is that we are regular customers and always get same treatment. And when you ask them for sauces they will give you only one sachet for two people. Very bad customers service and they have lost two regulars!!

Been a patron of Cafe Ruby for 16 years, unfortunatley that has now ended.The past year has seen the decline of everything that used to be Cafe Ruby which may be in part that they have lost there old staff. The high staff turnover has given birth to inconsistencies from service to the quality of there food which seems to change on a daily basis.

Hi there, I am on holiday from Toronto, Canada, and for the past 9 weeks have visited numerous coffee shops around Eastbourne, and found that the Cafe Ruby serves the best coffee I have tasted. Always fresh and hot and there homemade muffins are amazing. I am hoping to come back again for Christmas and I know the first place I will visit in the Arndale Centre, will be the Cafe Ruby. From a Very Happy Customer, Looking forward to coming back soon.... Ruthie
