I went in early one morning for breakfast and had a really great time. It was clean, peaceful and quiet. I really enjoyed my breakfast here and the staff is nice. Also the croissants are HUGE, biggest croissant I have ever had. I recommend.Recommended dishesPastry Coffee of the Day, Vanilla Yoghurt
Staying at a hotel near the British museum. Extremely polite service and excellent food. There was an olive skinned lady and an Afro Carribean gentleman who were very busy with the previous orders but took a moment out of their tasks to acknowledge me and reassure me they would be as quick as possible. I had a mocha and the eggs, salmon and baguette which was lovely and fresh and at a reasonable price.
thought the tarts and cakes would be expensive considering their sky high class prices but surprised to find out that it was reasonably priced! and delicious too. the only downside is the interior.. seemed too effortless for a cafe and not-so-comfy chairs.Recommended dishesBaguette
Came here for their croissant but been told I need to come here very early otherwise it’s gone very soon. The other dessert are great anyway
Not a 1950s interior. Salad leaves accompanying sandwich contained some less than fresh leaves. We had tuna baguette, duck baguette and patisserie, plus small latte and an Americano . £27.00 Lacked atmosphere. Staff very friendly and polite.
The food and coffee are arguably the best in England. Not to mention the desserts which are creative and amazing to look at. When you bite into them they give such a variety of flavour it's just great. The service was top notch and I was even given a free macaroon because my eggs didn't come out at the same time as my family's. I really appreciated the gesture and the macaroon was nice too. I would have taken pictures but I ate it all.
Good place to stop for a drink or meal near the British Museum. Food very good, service average, ambience sparse.
Coffee and cake wasn’t amazing! But I give 5 stars because staff was really lovely and kind. He deserve it :
Absolutely fabulous! Went there for a coffe first time and then came back next day and the day after: coffee is consistently perfect! Great beans, full body and well balanced. This is best coconut milk flat white Ive tried. Breakfast options are very nice. We had avocado toast with poached eggs. Made to perfection! The iffer wide range of desserts. We tried vegan passion fruit chocolate dessert and the mango eclair. It is very tasty. Very professional and welcoming staff!
I honestly think these might be the best flat whites in London? Can’t wait to come and sit outside in the square in summer.
