I went there with my boyfriend like 1 month ago and I’m really disappointed. First of all nice location and nice decoration. Toilet and inside all clean , our table wasn’t and they just give us the dirty table. Then I don’t know why but we didn’t receive a good service, specially from one that I think it was the manager or head waiter. Eggs Benedict and the curry not bad but the steak..so expensive for just a small and ridiculous steak that has no flavour and it wasn’t tender and well cook. I definitely not recommend this place and I will never come back but i wish you guys the best and i hope you improve.
Super disappointing, sadly. My espresso martini was revoltingly sweet - impossible to imbibe. The vegan burger I had flower burger was exceptionally dry - a tepid, crusty, overcooked patty and a seemingly stale bun. No sauces provided on the side and a very meagre amount in the burger. £15 for a vegan burger? Eeeek. The waitress was lovely but the place was so understaffed being seated and served took 15 minutes. The staff were young and unhappy. I hope they are well paid and treated well - there seemed to be issues with their ability to take breaks - not overly professional to discuss in the dining area but sad to see young people so tired and hungry.
Had lunch here while waiting to queue for show at BBC studios. Advertised as discount of 15% for people going to any televised show. Food was average, eggs benedict looked nice but the omelette was dry and hard and no real taste. Winter salad was a few mixed leaves with hazelnuts and olive dressing! 2 soft drinks 2 coffees. Nearly £50! Now here is the sting in the tail...13.5% service charge. Really fed up with this obsession particularly in London with added service charge already on the bill. What has happened to tipping if you feel you have had good service. Personally the service like the food was average.

Love bluebird White City. Its so lovely and nice. Always like to go there mainly in the afternoon. The food was great and the staff are absolutely lovely. Big thanks to Juliette m, she always look after us very well.

Best pancakes in White City bar none and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.
Overall had a nice experience, we were greeted warmly and was good to see that most tables were under cover given the unpredictable weather over the weekend. We enjoyed our mains however dessert was a bit of a letdown. The staff member who took our order was a little gruff and disinterested and they could do with some better vegan/vegetarian options but overall good.
My friend and I went into have brunch this morning following missing out of the Loose Women Audience. It is a nice location, very well kept restaurant with a relaxed atompshere. The waiter was a little clipped with us during seating however we assumed it was because it was just before their busy period. We ordered our meals & drinks which were okay eat, chatted. When we finished we called the gentlemen that had served us for the bill. Paid the bill and left the Blue Bird. We both were outside the restaurant and suddenly the waiter that had been very clipped rush out at us and at the top of his voice said excuse me you two have forgotten to pay your bill. How very embarrassing. We assured him we had, bearing in mind my friend & I are both pensioners! He simply just goes back into the Bluebird at this point he confirms this with his colleague. I would suggest that in future he ask his colleague first before he embarrassed customers. Myself & many of my friends are regularly in the location brunching, lunching & dining in general. I personally will not recommend the Bluebird after experiencing this sort of treatment. I await your response. In addition you should also be aware my reviews are very popular. I called your restaurant and wás told someone will come back to me & nobody has so far.
