Decent food and good drink selection. Generally good service although one of the staff members was a bit rude and seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else. Overall would recommend though
We came from Florida United States for the Taylor Swift concert at Anfield stadium. Our main goal was to get a hotel within walking distance. The Cabbage Hall was an adorable football themed hotel with an inn feeling. We were treated exceptionally well by all staff. Anthony was the most outstanding greeter ever. He made us feel welcomed and safe. The food was great in the dining room. We are so happy we chose this place!
We went for Sunday roast and it was lovely, probably the best we've had for a while. Friendly service and good price, the meat was succulent and cooked properly and they had a good variety of veg which tasted great. Would recommend them to anyone !!!Service: 4/5
Just had a lovely roast dinner at the cabbage hall meat was succulent, gravy nice and thick everything was piping hot, very enjoyable. Lovely friendly staff aswell rob the chef and Trish the lady on the floor so very welcoming we will be back again. Rooms: 5/5
Went for a meal and ended up in the beer garden with friends and we had a good time the food was excellent and served hot as some places it is let’s face it and the service from bar staff was outstanding the only complaint I have is closing a pub at 9pm we would of happily started until a normal closing time of midnight and it meant moving on to another pub when we was quiet settled where we was maybe look into the opening hours as it was busy all the while we was there
Thank you so much to all the friendly and helpful staff who work here! Particularly the night porter and manager, we arrived in Liverpool with nowhere to stay, this hotel saved us a lot of stress! Thank you for being so warm and accommodating.Rooms: 5/5
Used the Car Park for the Pink concert, and gladly paid the £10 charge. Better than getting a parking ticket. They guy dealing with it was Great. Even had a bit of Banter over us being Brummies.Location: 5/5
Great place to stay if you’re going to Anfield, it’s a 6/7 min slow walk straight down the street, takeaways and newsagents shops on way and a morribobs petrol station, free parking if you stay or £10 parking if you’re not. Rooms large and very clean, decent size room with decent size private bathroom, good amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottled water. Free Wi-Fi, fan, clothing rail, hairdryer all in the room. Restaurant good price, good selection of food, piping hot too. Given how busy it was we couldn’t hear it from our room on the 1st floor. But the staff were the icing on the cake, fantastic customer service, nothing too much trouble and friendly, they all made the visit very enjoyable, and are a credit to the hotel! Rooms: Spacious and clean, comfortable and well stocked. Nearby activities: Anfield!!!!! Safety: Locks on room door, key fob on entry and we were given a piece of paper with all the hotel details on should we get lost or need help. We felt very safe and looked after Walkability: Lots nearby, especially Anfield Stadium, cafes, takeaways, newsagents all in easy reach flat ground too Food & drinks: Full bar and restaurant downstairs, good selection and good prices great staff
Great visit today. A couple of hours in the sun in the beer garden. Went inside when it went a bit cloudy. Had our tea. Lamb chops for me and barbecue chicken for her. Food was spot on Great day all round.Service: 5/5
