Very unhelpful , rude staff and obviously with poor communication skills. Especially, the senior guys who works there seem to hate their job. I’d urge southern train to have scheduled remedial customer relations training for all staff.

The staff here seemto hate there job. Extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. One star is me being nice!

Been of a down and out station. But simple gets it done here! Could use a bit of TLC tho if I’m honest.
