Considering the 40 and 40X are hospital buses meaning people have timed appointments or work shifts which they have to be on time for, they are EXTREMELY unreliable. As previous reviewers have said, if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do the buses before 7am actually exist, or do we just dawdle to the maximum? I've never known one to be on time. Also, a few drivers have a tendency to be extremely rude and patronising, a little manners goes a long way. I've never had an apology for a late bus either which, to me, is basic customer service. I hope this is all addressed asap, thank you.

I wish that I could choose 0 stars because of the shockingly high prices for such a bad service. I went to the bus stop 5 minutes before the bus was due and waited half an hour for my bus which didn't turn up. During the time that I waited, I called the bus company 8 TIMES and only one of which someone actually decided to answer the bloody phone, but decided to hang up on me before telling me where the bus actually was. GET A BETTER SERVICE BECAUSE THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT
