It's improved a lot since the mid 2000s. Quite nice waiting areas that are at least in the dry. It may not be very warm and it does let in some of the wind but it's dry and that's a start.

Clean. Not very many parking spaces. Frequent trains to London and Brighton.

Rarely any staff on site, and when there is they are surly and unhelpful.
