I understand everyone's comments.... but.... 2 staff... one on till and in kitchen.. And a lot of customers, I feel for the staff. When I was served the lady was amazing to me and my kid, got him a toy and gave him a few extras. JD her name was on the receipt. Prices are well over the top... what do we all expect it's a moto services. Not the branches fault either. My experience was good. I do think that it is overpriced mind.

Service was very slow. It took about 20 minutes to get my food as 3rd in the queue. They did let me use a voucher from the app though which many motorways will not do.

Long wait to be served. £7 for a tiny burger and 10 chips. Floors covered in food. Wouldn't go again.

Well !!! 20 years driving and calling in to motorway services , totally discussed, staff not bothered , tables not cleaned , the worst Burger King ever !!
