Burger king

Been to burger king in wallsend numerous time and have only ever had one good experience. Really slow on drive through and customer service is absolutely horrendous. No innovative to their customers. Always waiting in drive through for 20 minutes for food to always come cold. First time there got two burgers which both required bacon and no bacon. No strawberry fanta for 2 weeks. Staff smoking right outside of restaurant and always understaffed. Always give you guys chance after chance and you never prove yourselves.

Not two full when i called in place vas clean The young lady who took my order brought My order to me got me a drink plus sauce I think her name was Sarah what a little Treasure well done B King if the were More people like Sarah the world would be A better place also clean toilets and a big Car park i enjoyed my experience there

Waited nearly 15 minuets in a queue of three cars, my partner went inside to order and there was absolutely no one in. Not sure what the problem is. This is the third time we’ve waited ages, won’t be going back.

For a Burger King you get what you want! somtimes you're in and out in seconds, but the service is also slow somtimes the food is decent quality what you expect from the BurgerKing chain.

Food was half decent after getting order wrong twice. Took ages to come but when it did the burger was lovely.
