I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the lack of professionalism regarding my son's dental care. A routine check-up was due in March, but instead, the practice scheduled it for October. A seven-month delay for a young child's dental appointment is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible. I do not agree with such treatment and the complete lack of respect for patients' health and schedule. If you are looking for a reliable dental practice for your children, look elsewhere. I strongly do not recommend this place.

I'd been with this dental practice for years and thought it had been a while since my last check up. I called to ask when my next check up was due and the receptionist took great delight in informing me I'd been removed from the NHS list.nIf they were going to change their business model and not send reminders they should at least have informed everyone of this change. I happily paid the £30 odd check up fee even though I felt the check ups were more regular than I needed to keep my NHS registration.nI progressed to checking my children were still registered, luckily they were, however the first appt they could offer was July 2026 it's November 2025!!nThe cynic in me would think they actually want people's NHS registration to lapse.nDefinitely not the dental practice it used to be. AVOID!!

Left my 9 year old a whole month before getting her out of pain. When the day came of the apt I had 1 hour cancellation notice,if I was to do that my deposit would have been taken! Receptionist extremely up herself and and thinking she was high and mighty thought she would talk to me like a child on the phone because I expressed my little girl had been waiting a month and now left again. They proceeded to lie and say they called me several times over the last few weeks,funny that, I had nothing.nShe then just slammed the phone down on me.contradicted herself a bit there seeing as she was anti rudeness? They will reply to this and deny of course. Also my daughter went for an arranged tooth out, but they started adding random things on to my bill without asking or telling me! So my final bill went from £30 to £115 in one visit. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED 100s IN A SUPRISE BILL! Oh and not to mention be paying their wages for them to treat you like dirt!

Took off NHS register because of covid this has happened with many people and no point in discussing they aren't bothered the do offer going private but will go private eles where thanks

Had to pay deposit  for a filling had no choice but to cancel the same day has I had a emergency hospital appointment, so phoned today to get my deposit bag , they said they used my half payment for treatment I was to receive in feb , but didn’t inform me I’m on a private plan and don’t get what I’m supposed to receive please avoid this place they rip u off.
