Good for routine work but for anything cosmetic, I cannot recommend.  I recently had a crown fitted - the colour-match is dreadful and the crown doesn't look anything like my other teeth.  It looks like a lump of putty sitting on top of my gum.  I considered going back and asking if they could put it right, but I was afraid to take the risk of it turning out worse than it already is.  I'm feeling slightly bitter over the money I spent on a botched job.  Didn't even get a polish at the end of my treatment.
