Horrible experience.nI have bought and reserved a new tyre and went there to change it. Less than 2 mins when they started, they broke my wheel knot. As they knew that I have visit another garage to primary check the tyre there is puncture but they couldn’t fix it. They claimed that the wheel knot is too tight that’s why they broke it. They thought that the previous garage has taken out the tyre to check, so they said this is not their fault and they pointed me to bring my car back to the previous garage.nAfterwards, I have called the previous garage, who has primarily check my tyre, their recording showed that they just did the simple check without taking off my wheel, and then I spoke to the staff again regarding this.nnThey insisted that the wheel knot on tyre was so tight that’s why when they tried to unscrew it, it broke. Okay, I have told them my tyre just changed in Oct. No one touch the wheel knock except that time. When they heard this, they can’t wait to ask me to bring my car back to the garage which has changed my tyre. And then I said it was them. At the beginning they heard it was 17 of oct and thought that it was 2017! And I clarified it was 17/10/2024. They defended themselves said they would not tighten the knot/nut like that. It is impossible. Omg! At that moment I was so shock, and feeling it was unbelievable what I have heard, how can they broke my wheel knot without apologies and also blame me my voice going up and feel nervous, asked me to calm down and deep breath. Yes they were very calm to explain to me not their faultok, I deep breath. And then I asked who should pay the bills for changing the new wheel knot and nut, they said no one should pay the bills, and this time they blamed that BMW wheel knot quality not good that’s why they broke it, not their responsibility anyway. They also said BMW should take this responsibility and change everything new for free to me, what a joke.nnAnyway I won’t go back again, very disappointed service. Wanna cry to spend extra money for new set of wheel knot and nuts.nnUpdated on 23/12/2024nTo clarify,nI would saynThey changed my tyre on 17/10/2024,nThey broke the tyre lock on 18/12/2024.nThey claimed the tyre lock tighten too much that’s why they broke it. Ask me to ask for the responsibility who tighten before.nI have told them they are the one who did that for me on 17/10/2024,nNow they said they are professional and then this is because the tyre lock nut will get worst time by time.nSo whatever reason, okay, not their fault:nThanks for the reply too.
Great service, managed to get a new tyre while on my lunch break, very quick and friendly
Got some budget new tyres which are superp.. quiet, great grip in wet and dry .Sunwell 888 205/55/16 .the pair fitted for £108!! The lad cleaned up the inside rim of the wheels and the tyres are holding pressure compared to the last ones which went down slowly over a week or so due to alloy corrosion. Recommended..all done in 20 mins!!
Had a flat tyer the repaired for me. They ended up seeing a lot more of me then they wanted when they opened the boot on my car ‍ but they all laughed no bother at all LGBTQ+ ‍ Great guys quick friendly and efficient definitely use them again
