Nice flat site with plenty of space for tents. But.... its pretty noisy, trains all night on the line that runs past the site. The toilet block is a very long way from the tent area, and needs some TLC less hand-written "do not..." signs please!
Great site, fab location. Level pitches, really close to the beach and Seaford town centre. Facilities are clean and functional. Could do with a few more when it’s busy.
Well located family run site and lodge park right on the sea front for easy access to the beach stony. Could do with some tidying up and modernisation of the facilities. Very handy for Newhaven ferries, about 10 minutes drive.
Mostly a mobile home site or one nighters catching the ferry. The reception staff are pleasant, very close to the beach for dog walks, but the site is scruffy and the shower block antiquated BUT very clean. Perfect stop over for the ferry but not to my taste for a long stay.
We were told that we had a hard standing but were actually parked on grass. The lady in reception said that it's a 10 minute walk into town. I timed it and it was actually 35 minutes.
Love it. Organizers so welcoming and friendly, July and Billy are so lovely and helpful. My two teenage boys love it too. Unfortunately My stay was cut short, because of work. I will definitely go back and recommend your holiday park to friends and families. Thanks again guys Sid, Pierre and Samuel
Stayed here for 7 nights pitches are on the small side and not very level where we were , toilet block could do with updating but was functional. Think this is more a stop over place , very close to beach which was a bonus .
Lovely campsite and location. Facilities block a bit on the small side but clean enough. Perfect stop before the ferry. Would definitely go back.
Great place to camp!! The staff at the reception were so friendly, and there were great facilities on site including a pizza van and a cafe! We loved the proximity to the beach.
Nice location, plenty of hot water and clean facilities, unfortunately had trouble sleeping due the train that runs close to the site. Such a shame The train runs every 30mins untill12.00am then again starts running at 6.00am, hooting everytime it passes every 30mins
