Always enjoy the stay at this site. No toilet block or showers is perfect for us. Keeps the cost down and the can mostly cook last minute. Good choice of shaded and open areas. Mostly quiet. Take care finding the place the lanes are tight and some of the local drivers fly round the bends.
A nice peaceful site. Pitches are a good size, you can choose between the wooded area or the open field. No toilets or showers wasn’t a issue for us, reminded me of a large CL site. Hoping to stay again soon.
Great site, lots of open space with large pitches. Some pitches are hardstandings others grass. We had a lot of heavy showers when we arrived so it was a bit soggy in the grass area. There is a wooded section if you prefer shaded pitches. The water pressure could be better, but hey it's a great site and we came to relax and walk the many footpaths so a bit of waiting around the water hole is ok. Pay attention to the directions in the book it's easy to miss turnings after the pub in East Hoathy.
Excellent site as usual. Particular thanks to David relief warden who helped with a faulty gas cylinder. At least we knew it was the cylinder Calor Lite and not the caravan fitting. Many thanks.
Lovely Caravan and Motorhome Club site. Large open field with mostly flat pitches around the perimeter, there is also another area in a wooded area. Well kept and tidy. Nice quiet relaxing place, 25 minute drive to the coast. Be aware there is no toilet block on this site, you will need your own loo and shower. Great value at £98 for caravan awning and two adults for a week.
Very quiet and you can have a nice walk in the field and it is very open caravan sight
We were booked in for two nights, but the weather was horrid the first night and as we do not live far way, decided to go home the second day. Staff are very friendly and the site is immaculate. Nice woodland walk and easy access to long walks. Access road in is tight, but just go easy on speed. No toilets which is not an issue with the number of chemical waste points. Really well run site and we will be back despite it not being adults only. Well done to the team there.
A very well kept caravan site. Lovely friendly staff and polite and helpful. The site has no toilets but has water points and chemical waste points, all of which were very well kept and clean. There isn't much to do as its in the middle of no where but has lovely country walks and great scenery. We will no doubt be going back as it is lovely and peaceful with sounds of nature. A great [place to stay if you want to get away from everything
This was our first caravan trip and Broomfield Farm was the perfect destination for us, being close to home in Tunbridge Wells. The pitches were nicely spaced and quiet, especially in the woods, with enough privacy without feeling isolated. Although the facilities were minimal, reflected in the good price, the grounds were nicely presented, and the water and waste areas were tidy and well maintained. There was also exotic-sounding birdsong, which we struggled to identify!
We stayed here for a 5day chill out break. It is so peaceful and quiet here. There are walks straight from the site. There are no toilet or shower facilities so you have to be self contained. Not that this was a problem. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't hesitate visiting again.
