"Nestled between the city and the South Downs, Brighton campsite offers the best of both worlds. The site is located just a short distance inland from Brighton Marina, with its shops and restaurants, and 2 miles east of vibrant central Brighton where you’ll find traditional seaside attractions, good shopping and plenty of restaurants. Don’t miss the spectacular Royal Pavilion and its gardens, and nearby Lewes also has plenty of history to explore. For those wanting to explore the countryside, the South Downs are right on your doorstep."

Lovely site, good amenities, a place on site to buy takeaway food from a lovely guy who lives on the site. We had a fresh pizza done in his pizza oven. Short walk to the marina then a bus ride to the pier if it's wet and you dont fancy walking. Highly recommend.
Very clean and well kept. Hidden away very close to the front. The entrance lane has a school on it and lots of pot holes .Facilities are kept to a high standard on this site toilets are very clean. There's an entrance barrier to come and go through. Highly recommend a visit the pitches are well spaced out. The marina is hidden but has free parking in the multi storey carpark that isn't advertised. The bars and entertainment along the front is breathtaking.
To be honest it's pretty hard to fault. Wardens clearly work hard. Pitches are immaculate. Great connections with buses, but out the way enough not to hear the road noise etc. There is a small football club next door so Saturday home matches can be a little lively, but that just added to the fun for us. My ONLY moan was the lack of seating in the shower including disabled as someone with bad arthritis who for getting dressed can be a bit of a fight, a small bench like many sites have would be a godsend. They have some low stools loose in the shower block but they're not the same. An absolutely lovely site and stay.
Such a lovely site. We have just left there. It was Great for our little boy and the dogs. 20 min walk to the marina and beach. Asda 5 minutes drive away. Approach to the site is good something I always worry about staff were so nice and helpful. Site is one of the cleanliness we have been too. Only criticism I would have would be to make the dog exercising area bigger but otherwise it was a lovely site and we will be back.
Nice site with mix of hard standing and grass pitches. Staff very friendly. Great location for Marina and Brighton Town. Great little cafe van for morning coffee and danish. Would recommend!
What a lovely place. Busy site very well located. Everything was lovely and clean. Stayed 1st weekend in December lovely and fresh to put it one way but no rain. Even though middle of winter we had an end pitch with lecky and the door opening the right way so very secluded. Still the same amount of people watching but more relaxed. Traveled round Brighton a bit and to Beachy head and Lewis. Very nice place to stay would like to go again. Thank you…
Great place to stay, easy walk into Brighton along promenade and the other direction Rottingdean. Approach Road has now been resurfaced and a better area than it was before. Good friendly staff and immaculate site. Buses a short walk away not far from Lidl and Asda either. We won't bring car again as buses very frequent if you need them. Recommend this site Walkability: Easy walk along promenade to Brighton and Rottingdean Food & drinks: Lidl and Asda nearby, Marina nearby, shops and places to eat nearby Playground: Kids playground onsite Restrooms: Toilet and shower blocks Dog-friendliness: Very dig friendly and places to walk
Nice place, clean facilities, friendly staff. Great pop up place on camp for pastries and beef stew on a Friday evening. Only problem was the huge pot holes in the road leading to the site.
The site itself was the normal excellent quality you expect - BUT - the location/approach road is awful, and this ruined the whole experience for me. The last road leading to the site goes past several football fields, and has fallen into such a terrible state, with massive potholes all across the road in places, it was impossible to avoid them all - and as we approached at night I avoided one on the left only to nearly rip my wheel off on another one on the right. The next afternoon as we returned to the site from the beach, there were hundreds of football fans walking down the road from a match that had finished. There's no pavement and you have to stop while floods of people swarm either side of your vehicle, the van got bashed by people barging down each side of the van and someone physically thumped the side mirror and nearly smashed it off it's hinges. I guess he'd just seen his team lose a match. If the approach road could be fixed and a pavement added, this would be an excellent site. As it is, NASA could send astronauts to drive up and down this pockmarked, cratered surface in preparation for future moon landings. I'll be returning to Bognor Regis in future. Safety: The approach road surface has broken up in parts and has dangerously deep potholes all across the surface in places.
Really nice site great staff well cared for. Only downside is the access road from main road massive pot holes! Not the fault of site but needs addressing!
