Perfect location.
Very run down and salt air battered.
Site needs a lot of tlc.
Loos and showers are cleaned but need renovating before they'll seem clean.
They don't allow generators even though they can't hear it - you're more likely to get confronted by their sad no life more permanent residents who only hear a 50dB genni when walking past with their dog 😂🤣
