Best way to start your golf trip. Pub across the street has a putter wedge and a beer deal so you can leave your clubs in trunk if you want. It looks fuzzy, but the ground is rock hard and bounces are fun to play!
A great city park with nice views of the Edinburgh Castle. There is ample space for children and it is nearby a lot of amenities. This winter there was snow and it was great for sledding!
Walked through to town but stopped at the play area Playground: Plenty for under fives to do Dog-friendliness: Dogs can be exercised in the surrounding area but not the playpark Picnic area: Seats available
I love the Meadows, it's so great having such a wonderful green space in the middle of Edinburgh. Depending on where you are, there are fantastic views over to Arthur's Seat. All in all, a beautiful jewel in Edinburgh's regal crown.
Lovely park, that's was my favorite place for outdoor exercise when i work near there.
