Please, avoid at all costs. Here are a few reasons why: 1. No dissertation supervisor for 1.5 months. 2. No replaying for emials. 3. Threatening phone calls about the tuition fee. 4. Discriminating against disabled students. Please leave a comment if you want to know more. I will gladly share you the entire story.
Its a shame to run a business with no refund policy. You cheat and steal hard earned money from students. Admissions team is very disorganised and unresponsive to messages. Instead they bombard you with emails requesting for all sorts, and when you send them, they take very little actions towards your concerns. They don't care about anything but getting the cash. Highly disappointed from Brunel university for not being able to refund my tuition fee deposit which was £8700 since September 2022, which I requested after refused the course I wanted to study in. I changed my mind to study chased multiple times for the refund by filling out my refund form, initially they approved and asked me to wait for a week and later refused to make the refund with false excuses. My student ID is 2261123 Is this the way you entertain the student who are looking to study in Brunel University? Is this your nature of treating international students when they ask for their refund?? I need my refund asap or else I will take a drastic step because if we are not using your source of education and services then how can you charge someone for nothing? Terrible university, staff, terrible support!
I am highly disappointed in Brunel University for not being able to refund my tuition deposit since September 2022, which I requested after being refused the course I desire to study. The most annoying part is their none responsive nature to emails on time. How can a school give 28 days as the waiting time for email replies? It's absurd! Their level of incompetency is second to none. A wide communication gap between the school and the public is just too despicable. I need my refund asap and from this point, I will take a drastic step that you won't ever imagine. 2242707 is my Student ID, do the needful before I do what damage control can not fix.
I applied for brunel university before three months after that I got my conditioner letter and unconditional letter in foundation year .then I payed my 70% fees and give him my financial report after that I got my draft CAS after that brunel college mailed me that your score is low update your score result I updates my score result and sended them then they say this is no vailed and other few conditions they says before my draft CAS and I completed all requirements of college but they not give my final CAS I am still waiting last 40 days and I am already mail to college but they can’t response any single mail they can’t answer anything they can’t receive calls .my main point is after giving me unconditional letter and draft CAS why brunel college says this type of conditions ? why they not say before my condition and unconditional letter ?? I am still waiting for my answer give my final CAS .this is not fair for students .very bad experience by brune I am very very disappointed by this type of work
Have done my Masters there in Marketing and branding. Perfect university for marketing geeks and sports lovers.... Huge campus with almost everything included, staff is so friendly and helpful especially for international students. Great help from different clubs and societies.... Sharp placement options too plus its reputation and name is enough to stand out in market. :
This review is only about campus internet and IT services they provide Wi-Fi and a whole procedure of the connection to it is a complete shi.. just because they decided to use 802.1x, security of the connection is horrible. And obviously you are not allowed to use MAC-changer which is quite important for me. Horrible connection speed 10mbps for me. So if you are planning to use Brunel’s Wi-Fi, I can just wish u good luck and give an advice of getting ur own 4g modem. Obviously there are ways to make it usable, but make sure Brunel won’t know about that.

5 starts for the campus location. It is very peaceful and calm. I stayed here for a week.
Is it not good for study because one of my brother who was applied for study but they didn't reply me properly.
Great place. Was in business centre on the help to grow management course
