We recently completed the purchase of a house in Chesham. Tom, Sean & the whole team at the town's Brown and Merry office were professional, organised and efficient throughout. The service provided by Ben (the in-house Mortgage Consultant) was absolutely outstanding. All kept us informed & updated every step of the way, as well as offering some valuable guidance & advice.
     We had a lot on our plate during the process as we were dealing with both illness and bereavement in the family at the same time...so having such an understanding, helpful & supportive team was invaluable as it took a lot of pressure off us in what was already a very difficult period. Essentially, they made what is usually a very stressful process a positive & straightforward experience - a pleasure to deal with & cannot recommend them highly enough!

I would like to say thank you to Liam at Brown and Merry Estate Agents in Chesham, for being so professional, kind and understanding. Liam is a true asset to the company. Even though I was experiencing challenges with a traffic on the day, Liam put me at ease even though he was under a very tight schedule already. Liam is a true professional. Very impressed.

We have been in a position where we sampled all the services provided by Brown and Merry! Sean did a wonderful job of selling our house. We hit every obstacle imaginable during the process, and he remained calm, professional and supportive, dealing with what could have been a nightmare, and secured a positive outcome. On the mortgage side of things, Ben provided a stellar service, finding us the best mortgage available and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.  We even had help from Megan in the rentals department, who managed to set up an agreement at rather short notice. Thank you, Brown and Merry, a fantastic example of teamwork!

Sean and his team were very proactive in finding a property that had everything I required. Sean was an excellent negotiator and Ben Smith also provided an excellent service to help secure our mortgage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brown and Merry .

We had a very pleasant experience in selling our house in Chesham with Brown and Merry. Sean was excellent in finding a buyer for us and supportive throughout the whole process. Everyone in the office were nice and helpful. I would highly reccommend Brown and Merry in Chesham.
