It’s clear that Michael Anthony, set their customer relations as a priority. This has been demonstrated through the numerous emails and calls taken from myself and partner and responded to within a timely manner; offering both support and guidance as well as clarity to myself and partner as new tenants to the local area - naturally with many aspects of rental to consider.  Michael Anthony have supported us extremely well. We are extremely pleased with the immaculate condition of our new home. Much care has been taken to have it ready. I bought and sold my property in Cheddington from Michael Anthony. Both times they were great. They know the local area, were reasonably priced, responded to emails same day including on weekends, almost always were able to talk on the phone or got back to me quickly if not available, kept central notes so the whole team knew what the latest position of the sale process was, chased buying and selling solicitors which got them moving when they'd slowed down. Nothing bad to say really - all estate agents should be like this. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Katie from Michael Anthony Estate Agents letting team. She has worked with us from the start of our viewing and if we had any questions she was there to answer them or liaise with the landlord to find the answer and respond efficiently. There was a little delay in confirming our moving date due to the work done at the property but I was kept clearly informed and updated pretty much daily. Having experienced high lever of customer service delivered with warmth and professionalism, it is clear that Michael Anthony set their customer relations as a priority.

Michael Anthony Tring have been totally professional from start to finish when engaged to sell our house. The sales team were very easy to get in touch with and always gave very prompt updates after viewings or if buyers had made contact. They kept us updated on the progress of mortgages and chain position throughout in a professional and friendly manner – our thanks to Ian, Luke and the team. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We were really pleased with the team at Michael Anthony.  We accepted an offer within 3-4 days of the house going on the market. When we came closer to completion there were issues lower down the chain but the team in the office would update us regularly and work hard to progress things as quick as possible. Great service and would recommend.

Me and my partner had a pleasure to rent a house through Michael Anthony's when moving into Tring this May. The service was great from the very beginning - Jenna who showed the property around was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was also very attentive and supportive during the referencing, answering any of the questions we had and was quick and efficient in providing with all the necessary documents afterwards. She surely took a lot of the stress off of us and we felt very well looked after and taken cared for. Thank you Jenna! Everyone also seemed very friendly and welcoming whenever we rang or stopped by at the office. We purchased a property listed with Michael Anthony and found the team friendly and responsive. In particular Ian Hartley was our main point of contact, and whilst we were buying during a busy time with removal challenges from the seller, Ian helped keep things moving.
