The Tim Russ Wendover team have really changed my opinion of estate agents. We have recently sold two properties though them. We explained, that my partner and I wanted to sell our separate houses and buy one together. The one we were buying had a tight timescale and would be purchased privately, not via an agent. They found a buyer for one property very quickly as they perfectly matched the house with just the right couple. After the sale was agreed the Tim Russ team continued to spend time with the buyers every time they wanted to measure another room and fully managed that side of the sale until completion.
The second property  took a little longer to sell and the timescale was getting tighter. My partner and I were starting to get worried, however they pulled out all the stops and amazingly we ended up with 4 offers one Saturday, again they advised us and did all the negotiating. Ending with us, and the purchasers completely satisfied with the outcome.
We both fully recommend the Wendover Tim Russ team, for their professionalism in mediation, negation and most of all their knowledge and understanding of the property market in Wendover and the local area. AND THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY😊

The whole team at Tim Russ contributed to an easy sale of our property and purchase of the new one. The process was seamless and a member of the team was always available to help/answer questions when needed. Will definitely use Tim Russ again on any future moves.

If only we never wasted time with other agents! Can't thank all of the team enough for being kind, caring, honest, and nothing is too much trouble! If you are looking for a straight forward, no hassle HONEST agents, you won't go wrong with them. Always keeping you in the loop, staying on top of things and communication 10 out of 10! My Husband and I right from the start highly recommend Tim Russ in Wendover. Their professional valuation, lovely team and excellent photos. From putting our house on the market to completion, achieving our dream home. Adrian Steggals never gave up on getting our chain to exchange and complete, it is very important you have someone you trust to progress your sale. We thank Adrian and his team for their professional and friendly support in what can be a very stressful time.

I would highly recommend Tim Russ estate agent. I have been very lucky to have been given the professional hand I need in hunting for my perfect property. Also I was shown around a house after the kelly had even finished work for the day! There was no pressure. Ideas were given to us on what we could do to make it a better family home. We are still looking but they have kept us in the loop to properties that are coming to the market. Thank you Tim Russ.
