We bought a house through Hamptons last year. We had a stressful time selling, and our vendors had a difficult time with buying an onwards property, but surrounding all that madness, the one calming constant was our purchase. I genuinely believe the chain would have collapsed if it wasn't for the work Kraig from Hamptons did both up and down it — he went above and beyond. I can't recommend this branch and the staff highly enough.

Hamptons Amersham have been fantastic throughout the whole process of our house move, taking extra time to understand our needs, giving us really valuable advice when needed and genuinely putting themselves in our shoes to present our home at its best to buyers. 

Their commitment to our sale has been remarkable, particularly in the quality and frequency of communication we've received from Kraig, Debbie and the team. All this has made a potentially stressful experience relative plain sailing. 

Highly recommended.

Hamptons Amersham were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From our initial consultation with Kraig, to the viewings conducted by Beverley, Debbie, Kraig and Fraser, to the constant support from Laura, and the regular updates we received, they exceeded our expectations in every way. We were primarily looked after by Debbie who is an absolute superstar. Even when complications arose (and a few did but through no fault of Hamptons) she always remained calm, wonderfully empathetic and ever the absolute professional. Our overwhelming feeling from this estate agency was that they genuinely cared; not only about keeping the promises they made to us in our initial consultation, but also about achieving a result that would leave us walking away as happy customers. All in all, dealing with them was an outstanding experience.

Just sold through the Hamptons team in Amersham and they were a delight to deal with. Patient, good communications skills from all the team (really important to us) and a real dedication to what they do. They stick with you when the inevitable stresses in the process occur and are always calm and level headed in their approach. They know the area and work collaboratively with their other offices so you feel you're selling through a network rather than one office. They were confident they could sell our house when others couldn't and they were right. Highly recommended.

I would recommend the Hamptons Amersham Branch to anyone considering selling their home. The entire team have been professional, friendly and incredibly supportive. Having previously used a local agent and failed to sell my house, Kraig, Debbie and the rest of the team got the sale and the service I received from them has been considerably higher than what I was getting previously. Thank you guys, you have been amazing.
