We registered with a number of agents in Amersham. Savills and Mike in particular are the only ones we would recommend. They listened to our requirements, sent relevant details, booked and confirmed viewings, and managed the purchase of a property smoothly, and professionally. Whilst all of this may seem obvious for an estate agent, we did not have the same experience with the others we registered with.

Savills sold my Lye Green, Chesham property in what is a ‘tricky’ market with some prospective buyers concerned about potential redisgnation of existing Green Belt land. Mike and Helen were my account managers and kept regular contact during the sale process with a substantial number of viewings.

Great service, very good at keeping us up to date with the sale of our property and seeing it through to completion. Always very helpful and polite. Mike was our main contact and he was outstanding.
