Excellent service. Was moving house and needed a tv repairing which was done quickly and at a really good price. Then I ended up needing a new washing machine. Which again was at a brilliant price and they managed to fit in delivery and installation in a matter of 2 days. Turned out the previous tenant had taken the waste pipe connection. They came back the same day with a connection and all sorted. I literally can not recommend this company any higher. Go above and beyond. Thank you so much guys. I will be back for anything else I need.
Excellent service, delivery included taking away an old chest freezer, moving an existing larder fridge into the garage and installing a new fridge/ freezer in the kitchen. Will certainly buy from them again.

My fridge died on the Jubilee holiday, I emailed Broadbent's and to my delight they were closed just on the Thursday, by Friday evening, I had my new fridge, in an working; the old one removed. Brilliant doesn't cover it.
Samsung TV 6 months out of warranty and the back lights had started to fail but shame to bin a decent bit of kit. Took it to this fab little shop, £50 to do the work plus parts cost, worth every penny rather than risking trying to fix it myself! Glad to have found this place!!
Recently bought both a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Both reasonably priced and delivered free of charge. Broadbents are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Don't give your business to a national company, they don't care whether you shop with them or not, put your money back into the local economy, buy from a local company.
A big thank you to Broadbents for the excellent customer service, smooth delivery and installation of my new TV. I’m glad I chose a local company rather than the likes of Curry’s; 1 after the pandemic it’s important to support local businesses as much as possible and 2 you get more of a personal service. I will most definitely be using Broadbents in the future when required.
This is what you get when you use an independent...proper advice on initial enquiry, exemplary service, delivery at exactly the time stated. There were a couple of problems at our end because of where the washing machine had to go, but all sorted by the delivery guys who were prompt, supremely helpful and knowledgeable, a five star experience all round!
What a fantastic shop, good old fashioned courtesy and knowledgeable service from friendly staff. Quick and on time delivery. Wanted washine machine putting in cellar, no problem. Not the usual "sharp intake of breath followed by na lad we can't do that". Heard all too often nowadays. Washine machine delivered installed old one taken away job done, all with a smile and included in the price. Certainly recommend Broadbents, good range of electrical products
