In general it was good experience, shipping fairly quick and quick delivery. Only con is the description, as a beginner in that field I found it bit confusing, no clear info what is included ex. power cable. Wasn't a major issue, but would be good to know. Overall satisfied customer.

Absolutely terrible customer service - I've been trying to return a faulty server to them for over a week and the process is horrendous. They initially said they would organise for it to be picked up, then a week later I get an email saying I have to return it at my own expense... No one ever answers their online chat service, just don't have it if no ones going to be checking it. Will definitely be shopping else where from now on and advising people to stay away from them.
