The staff were very helpful when I was ordering my drone it came in one day. Honestly kudos to most of the staff. The only problem with the staff is maybe they won’t know a product which is very fine. The manager or the guy behind the desk is very professional and his customer services is really high. Great service but feeling a little scammed when the salesperson persuaded me to get a different make of TV because it was better, and he didn't tell he was a rep. for the other TV. But, it is a good TV. Plus the service was efficient, friendly, and helpful.
Smaller shop than other Currys, didn't have what I wanted, didnt even see any staff so couldn't ask them. Wasn't even near closing time and they already had one shutter down, clearly more focused on getting home
Showed product in stock, but it wasn't staff didn't have a clue about the item, booked to collect item from argos round the corner. Usually better than this

Currys are OK on price, the customer service is good. Staff willing to help and answer your questions. Good sized store with a range of electrical items from fridges to laptops to TVs and toasters.
It is so nice to beable to praise Curry’s for its service to me recently in purchase of a new mobile phone sorted in store. I was more particularly delighted with the lady, Alyesha at the Huddersfield store who was not pushy in any way, listened exactly to my requirement and offered advice accordingly in an easy to understand way and was able to offer excellent face to face conversation about the subject matter. My only gripe about the sale was that I couldn’t walk away with the item same visit, though I could be assured next day delivery to store or direct to home which isn’t bad but it might be helpful to store stuff in store. I have had the same problem here with small less expensive items that could take up little room. But perhaps there is just too much choice out there and it’s impossible to do financially. What I wish to focus on was the excellent advice Alyesha delivered and the manner in which she did that was very much appreciated- thank you.
Last time I tried to visit to buy a laptop there was roadworks that seemed to go all around the store. As such I drove home. A week or so later I tried to ring the store to find out if the roadworks had gone. There's no number for the Huddersfield store - just a general number beginning with 03. I rang that after pressing several buttons and tried to explain to the young lady that I needed to speak to someone at the Huddersfield store. She asked me to spell Huddersfield. I gave up!
