Thanks eagle music . I wanted a hard case for my ukulele. I was worried because it’s a large tenor ukelele , and I thought it may not fit in the case . I phoned and spoke to Sean who said he would measure the case for me . That’s what I call service . Thanks to all at the store .

I used to teach music for a local family music shop in my hometown. Sadly like many places they are no longer trading.nnI called to Eagle Music recently to get a new banjo, and I found the whole experience to be fantastic. The shop was beautiful and clean, the staff were very friendly and in no way pushy. Very happy to help, and equally happy to leave me alone to play expensive instruments for 2 hours unattended. I left with a great new instrument, having enjoyed an afternoon marvelling at a fantastic range of things on offer. I even got a cup of tea while I deliberated between 2 instruments.nnThank you eagle music for your kindness and for having a fantastic place to feel very comfortable in. The workshop team did a brilliant job fitting some pegs for me too which was all done on the day and I was able to leave with my new addition after a few hours of absolute joy and delight in your fab little haven.nnI'll be back again. Keep it up.nnDamo x

I have received wonderful service from Eagle Music. I ordered some Fred Kelly Thumbpicks online; they arrived a day early and were considerately packaged. Fred Kelly Picks are very hard to come by in The UK and are not very well known amongst the masses, which is a shame as they are fantastic. That Eagle Music stock Fred Kelly Picks shows that there is a very knowledgeable and discerning team that source boutique brands that many of the mega music stores in The UK are most likely oblivious to.

this shop took my money and told me they had sent out my order but they did nothing of the kind, I had to get a refund from PayPal, all they did was lie to me and I will not be buying anything else from them. I have had dealings with them in the past  and although I am not certain, I just think they do not like anyone who is Scottish, they seem to lick the backside of the Deering Banjo Company going to holiday with them in the USA  so let them get on with it and don't give them your mobile number because they will abuse you with daft text messages, I am just waiting to see how long they torment me and I'm informing the Police, this is how they have treated a 71 year old man with Dimentia. Obviously my order was never posted and if it was it certainly did not come through my letterbox. Don't buy anything from this shop!

I bought a Suzuki MR350 Promaster Harmonica from Eagle, good price well packaged and a stunning instrument. Tested by Eagle on bellows before dispatch it played superbly out of the box. I took a long time before choosing this model over a Sydel or the benchmark Hohners, its in a different league for quality compared to my Hohner Blues Harp and Marine Band .I highly recommend Eagle Music and the Promaster Harp.
