Bought a Bosch dishwasher here. The machine turned out to be damaged inside the box — likely dropped. Packaging was also scuffed, but staff wheeled it straight to my car, so I couldn’t inspect it properly.nnCurrys promised collection within 14 days. No one came. No one contacted me. After 3 weeks of silence, I got a dismissive email from Sarah Paget Customer Resolution Specialist telling me I need to return it myself.nnSo I did. Hauled a full-size dishwasher back to the store. Staff refused to process the return right away — said they’d “email someone and investigate.” Seriously?nnStill no refund.nZero communication.nTerrible customer service, and no respect for people’s time or effort.nnAvoid if you don’t want to babysit your return for a month.
Be careful! You might get scammed here. I was cheated out of £45 and they won't give me a refund. I selected an item, and they gave me a payment terminal at the checkout. I paid by card. The money was debited from my account. Then the manager turned something off, as if there was a malfunction, and told me to pay again. I needed these cartridges urgently, so I paid again. They haven't refunded my money, and it's been two days. It's not my problem, and it's not my fault. They'll talk about some rules of their own. The rule is simple: a cashier has no right to use a faulty cash register and has no right to offer a false service to a customer. They're using my money. Give me my money back!
Had a worst experience yesterday, i went to pick my item . Staff was not helpful, not willing to communicate, gossiping, felt no sense of professionalism.bad customer care skills, they don’t help but moving around.nThey were all standing and talking to each other and not providing help to the customers.it shows irresponsibly behaviour and not enough communication.i have seen 2 ladies standing on counter and talking to each other and customers are standing in line.nI had to interrupt a lady to say that help me out, it’s shocking that how they are dealing.nToo many people employed in the store but they are there to walk around.nIf they’re not willing to help people why are they there?i would never order anything from curry and go back again
Absolutely shocking service from Shaun. I ordered an item online and when I went to collect it I was told I needed photo ID, this was not disclosed in any of the email confirmations. I went back the next morning only to be told that the order was cancelled with zero explanation provided and Absolutely no support on what I am able to do to resolve my issue. I then called the helpline and was told the store cancelled my order.nThere was a lady at the collection desk helping me first and then called her supervisor Shaun over, he has ZERO customer service skills and had no inclination to try and help resolve my issue.
A few weeks ago we bought a TV, brought it home. It worked well, but we changed our minds, it was too small for our bedroom. 45 minutes later we came to return it and buy a bigger TV, but they didn't accept it. Although we explained everything, the staff said that before buying it we should have thought carefully, consulted with the seller. And the way we unpacked it, they can't accept it. We bought almost all our electrical appliances from Currys, we have lived in the UK for over 11 years, but this is the first time we have encountered this. The staff were really rude. This was our last purchase from this store. I have told all my friends that I do not recommend buying anything from you.nThanksnGood bye Currys
