Staff are completely useless. Everyone walks around like headless chickens. When you ask for help you get diverted from one person to another. The manager couldn't compare a price for a printer and his excuse was that it's a business deal when it wasn't and I rang currys online to confirm. They said he should have known better and sorted it out online instead.nnThe manager then started being aggressive, racism comes to mind but reading other reviews it looks like generally they are miserable and always in a bad mood.nnIf your going to get a price compared be sure to not take their word because they just look at the brief details and don't really want to compare.
Staff are knowledgeable and can help those who aren't very tech savvy. The inside of the store looks a bit dated, but heynOverall, I'd recommend it.
Went in to buy an Amazon fire stick and a portable speaker. Staff couldn’t be less bothered if they tried! Asked for a certain colour speaker they were showing in stock, the sales man seemed annoyed that he had to get it out of the locked cabinet, and then couldn’t be bothered to see if it was the right colour or not. Took the empty fire stick box to the till to pay and thankfully Awais was really nice, however couldn’t find the product in the cabinets.They were showing 4 in stock. 4 other sales assistants stood by the doors talking couldn’t be less helpful to Awais when he went to ask them for their assistance! Just told him to look around by the TVs. Speaker was also not the colour we asked for! Safe to say we came away not buying anything.
I recently purchased a TV and soundbar from Nayyar and was really impressed with the service. Nayyar was fantastic in understanding my needs and presenting clear options with great explanations of each product’s specifications. His ability to explain things in layman’s terms made me feel confident in my choices. After my purchase, I required technical help and Raj was a great help, offering useful tips to enhance my experience. Overall the Huddersfield store offers excellent service from product knowledge to technical support. Highly recommended!
Poor customer service and basically begging for good reviews, even when their service was poor. Invest in some customer service rather than fleecing the customers for extra this and that.
