The UK`s Premier Naturist Health Spa.

We are a family run Naturist Health Spa in Brighton, established since 1985.

We believe that everyone has the right to be naturist without fear of judgment or prejudice.

We continuously re invest in BGHS to give naturists the luxurious comfort expected within a “textile” Health Spa.

We believe in treating responsible adults like adults and do not tolerate anyone who does not respect the personal boundaries of others.

My partner and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Sam and her exceptional team. We made wonderful new friend in such a special place. The spa has a relaxing and respectful atmosphere. The ethos is about safety but fun. We spent 5.5 hours at the spa, had a tasty lunch and met with non-judgemental, diverse and interesting people. We will be back to relish the beautiful waters. Thank you
The 1 star is for the staff that were very friendly and helpful. However, the owner discriminated me and my wife and humiliated us in front of other guests as we were trying to find our way around from the lockers. She treated us as if we were criminals not knowing that SOME DISABILITIES ARE INVISIBLE. Helping first timers to go around the spa and the rules would have been greatly appreciated. The staff tried their best and they're brilliant, but the owner needs to learn manners
This was my first time visiting a "naturist" anything so I was a bit nervous going in. The staff were helpful and friendly and very professional. We enjoyed a two person hot tub, the sauna, cold shower, steam room and cold plunge which was a great way to relax after a long day exploring Brighton. Everyone we spoke to was friendly. My partner and I enjoyed a game of chess together in the library and we were able to get vegan snacks and tea in the main area. Everything was clean and well maintained - including the rest rooms which we looked at but didn't make use of. Honestly, once I was in and everyone was so relaxed and friendly I didn't feel so nervous. I felt the price of entry was well worth it at just £40 for the both of us. I would go again.
I just cannot rate this place highly enough. Its the ONLY spa in the uk that is absolutely fabulous in every way- the location is central, the staff are respectful and pleasant, the fee is very reasonable for the pleasurable time you can spend there, the facilities are clean and wonderful, and the entire experience takes you back to the roman era ! Simply fantastic! Best of all is complementing your spa experience with the rest and relaxation rooms upstairs. Thank you BG for this great experience. It was my first time there and I would definitely be coming back again!
Another beautiful evening spent here. Meeting and chatting with some authenic nice individuals. Facilities are so well looked after. New staff are so sweet. Sam; one of the owners looks after this place and us so well. Witnessing her making sure the rules are abided by, not an easy job I'm sure, but she does it very well. Thank you team.

no doubt the owner will respond with an attempt to denounce this review she was rather defensive but this is not a serious spa. The steam room and sauna were way too cold they were operating normally, the owner assured us. Yes, but the decision on temperature wasn't normal. When we ventured upstairs, we realised what this establishment is really all about...
Very high quality spa. It's quite big and spacious.I went on a Saturday during the day and it wasn't too busy, but seemed to get busier in the evening. It was mostly men but some women and straight couples too. The staff were very friendly. Free water is available. Highly recommend this place. I'm sure I'll be back again. If you go as a single male you'll have to leave before 17:30, just a heads up.
I've just returned from my first visit to BGHS in 3 years and it was just as I remembered it but better. It's had some refurbishments and is very clean but has maintained the same relaxing and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the evening was capped off by a really nice chat with Angie one of the two owners. She is such a lovely lady and she runs the spa as a lovely relaxing place to spend time and chill. Thank you, Angie, for making me feel so welcome.
Fantastically well maintained spa, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi facility for naturists
