Our well qualified experienced therapists, Alice and Rosie, only use entirely organic, vegan-friendly products which are individually tailored to provide you with the purest results.

Really lovely and friendly. I was late due to traffic and they still managed to squeeze me in. I had a Brazilian wax and honestly was delighted with the results. Was especially glad to see they use talc - I’ve only ever been one place else before that does and it makes such a difference.
I absolutely loved my appointment with Millie. I had a facial and massage. I was floating when I left and felt incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. I recommended Phoenix to a good friend who booked the next day and also absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience. Feeling fantastic straight afterwards and have already booked in for another upper body deep tissue massage. Lorraine made me feel very relaxed right from the off and was lovely. Looking forward to the next one!
My massage this morning with Sasha was absolutely amazing. All the products smelled so nice, the pressure was spot on and I’ve left feeling like a different person to the hunched up one I came in as! Will definitely come again
It was a rather careless massage. I noticed that as I was the last customer of the day, the therapist was not very enthusiastic of providing me the booked service. I felt rather not very welcomed and ignored. I sensed that she simply wanted to finish quickly. To be honest, I expected much more professionalism and skills of communication. I regret that I can not recommend it.
I attended a Swedish massage, with Millie. Wow so enjoyable experience that was amazing and professional. My main issue was pain between my shoulder blades I had been suffering from for three weeks now. Well I'm over the moon the pain has gone Thank you so much x
Today I visited Phoenix for a Diamond Dermabrasion Facial Treatment by Sasha and from start to finish I had the most amazing experience. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so welcome & relaxed. I didn’t want it to end! I will definitely be visiting again for future treatments!
A wonderful relaxing massage. This was a postpartum treat and Lorraine was great at targeting my areas of concern. I left feeling rejuvenated!
I had a deluxe pedicure and Millie did a fantastic job on my feet that hadn't seen daylight for months! She was also very careful with my arthritic ankle which put me at ease. Great colours, especially the Pacific gel and good value too.
