I had an Ayurvedic Yoga massage with Claire Baker and the whole experience was blissful. Clare is an intuitive and strong bodyworker who understands how to work with the physical release of emotion. About Balance provides a wonderful space for this healing work to take place-thankyou so much!

A close friend who I meet for mindfulness/spiritual growth was waiting to do a talk on spirituality outside this shop, when rudely approached by a member of staff who works in the shop, she ushered rudely at my friend to move on, because she heard noise on the street which was affecting a meeting going on in the shop premises, very rude and inconsiderate.

Super cosy yoga studio. Was my first time here taking a hatha class with Maki (I hope I spelled it right). I'll come back whenever in Brighton ❤ make sure you eat at the café downstairs, it's lovely and delicious :)
