Don’t join unless you know exactly what you’re doing for the next 12 months. They’ll tell you before you sign that you’ll be able to leave the contract if your circumstances change but that is not the case; they make it very, very difficult. My hours of work increased so I am unable to attend during the hours that my membership is valid (my membership is off peak). When I tried to terminate my contract, DL Said I’d need a letter from my employer stating my hours had increased. When I did this they rejected it as a valid reason for leaving, even though I gave them PRECISELY what they asked for. The experience has put be off ever joining a gym again.

Great place. Cafe has lovely views. Only dislike is the multi-storey car park feel of Studio 2. Strongly dislike this studio. All staff are brilliant& great vibe.

Bad service, annoyed staff, overpriced, shabby, way too cold, old fashioned, no idea why they are charging that much money for cheap old training machines and dirty shabby showers. Opening times are very inconvenient. Not flexible at all. Only nice thing is pool and sauna

This has to be the best gym in Brighton. Membership is expensive but worth it. Staff helpful when asked. Classes are good with good instructors. Swimming pool is great. Only downside for me is the kids.

The price now outweighs the quality of the gym, if you like clases then it's a good option, but for weights and cardio it is now appalling. I have been a member for 4 years and the standard is now unfortunately severely lacking.
