Chutima Therapy

I've been visiting Chutima Therapy for over a year now and always had a great experience and amazing service. I have problems with my back and neck from carrying filming equipment and heavy bags for work, every time I visit Chutima I get a deep tissue massage which helps to release a lot of pressure and tightness from all my muscles. I've had a massage from 3 or 4 of the therapists and all of them really know what they are doing, they take time to make sure they know exactly where your problem points are and do their best to help you out. I can't say much for the other services because I always get the same thing but overall the atmosphere, staff and service is all great!

So rude! I had been going to this thai massage for several months, travelling some 50 miles! but one weekend I had to change an appointment. I called, and left a message for them to call me back and discuss. They didn’t. I called again, and asked for them to at least return my call, and let me know they’d got my first message. They didn’t. When this weekend I tried to make a new appointment, they said they’d received a complaint from the therapist about me not attending. The owner, demanded I pay a deposit, which I had no issue with. Neither would I have had an issue with paying for the previous missed appointment. As I explained this, the owner just put the phone down on me.
