I had bad credit in the past. Credit Union has not only gave me numerous loans over the last two years, but also helped improve my credit rating. Best place to go for a loan. Real sense of community in the Bristol branch. Staff are super helpful.

Today I telephoned Bristol Credit Union and spoke to the lovely Paula. I had a problem I had to deal with on behalf of a customer. I have to say that Paula was amazingly helpful, she offered suggestions, advised caution where necessary and various options for me to consider. I was able to support my customer exceptionally well because of it. Paula, you were brilliant thank you. Whilst writing this review I cannot forget the lovely Matt. Matt has been an amazing support for me during my support for another customer. I have sent Matt lots of emails requesting information and I have had very speedy responses from him. I have had other information provided for my customer and suggestions on which options to take. I have received excellent advice from Matt on the best way forward and also words of caution to offer my customer. Brilliant. Matt you have been wonderful, thank you. Oh, I will be back, trust me

Although I was told Bristol Credit Union is FOR people on low income, the people there avoided helping me BECAUSE I am on low income. They consciously refrained from helping me an small amount-as small as £300- and instead referred me to a whole irrelevant places. Bristol Credit Union? It's time to trust people who turn to you. One star is too much for you. Sorry.

The staff looked down there noses at me. Not helpful had to return 3 times in the end gave up on the twats

Nothing but high praise, the only downside is the closure of branch at 2.30pm, very helpfull and freindly staff.
