Briscola Restaurant is an Italian restaurant situated in the heart of the Happy Valley of Bollington, Cheshire, a stone's throw from great views and less than 2 hours from London.
We have a range of salads for those on a low-carb diet, vegan cheese and soya milk at the ready for vegan diners, we do a very popular gluten-free pizza base and pasta, dairy-free options, and we’ll happily add coal/mud/soap to a bespoke dish for those with bizarre pregnancy cravings.
We serve artichoke liqueur, make a Nutella cheesecake you could bathe in and are happy to box up anything from our fresh takeout menu for you to enjoy at home/up a local hill. We welcome families and business lunches (and our kid's menu isn't beige).
