Called in for Sunday lunch on 27/11/22. It was spotlessly clean and even the brasses were really shiny, lovely atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The lager was good and the roast beef was absolutely delicious with plenty of gravy and very generous portions. Amazing value for money, will definitely visit again.
Excellent meal here, really enjoyed our time there. Good prompt service, friendly staff Food & drinks: We had the Christmas 3 course meal which was superb. Pate was a big portion with plenty of bread which makes a change. Pork was wonderfully cooked, the whole meal was very tasty.

We really like this place. We go for our anniversary meal every year. The food is really good and plentiful. Highly recommend.
Wonderful country pub, staff were amazing and so welcoming to us & our dog. Good choice of beers, food was great, service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely return - Caravan club CL on site too
Had a family lunch here last Sunday. Pre ordered as it was a large booking. Food, service and Ales all spot on. Lovely pub any time of the year I’d imagine, but the garden was especially nice with the fantastic weather we had during our visits
Hi been go to this Inn for the last few years. Food has always been excellent, lovely environment, and great beer garden. Food has always been homemade and fresh. But sadly our last 2 visits, we have seen a change. On our last visits, we noticed that your niw being served frozen chips, I ordered scampi and chips, the chips where not nice, also I was given cabbage and carrots, with scampi. . Shame always loved the lovely chunky homemade chips, seem to have gone. Also noticed sweets are also frozen shop bought desserts.
A place we return too time and time again as a family. Lovely cosy pub, great food and brilliant service. Would definatly recommend!!
Lovely traditional little pub . Reasonable priced tasty food. Bit of 80s 70s menu that could do with a bit update.But local produce well cooked. Lovely staff .Will be back.
