Banging night - brilliant sound for all bands thanx
Unbelievable. Group of lads playing the table where asked to quieten down. No swearing heard. No aggressive behaviour. Agreed to be quiet. Less than a minute later were asked to drink up and leave.
Nice shabby chic kind of pub but still a cash only bar which will turn away a lot of new business even though there is a cash point fairly near by
Great venue to see bands. Drinks very reasonably priced

Great little Rock pub, been coming here years. Top staff and beer selection, well kept cellar. Great big garden area and always lots of gigs on upstairs.
A proper "rock pub" by any measure of the name. Latest owners don't seem to get it but staff and clientele do. Rather "city centre" pricing and a little scruffy but fine as it is really.
Lovely, kind, good, decent bar staff who are good lookin' too. What's not to like?
