"},{"text":"I'm incredibly shocked by the behaviour and poor values that the owners at Bride to Be have demostrated recently. They have let me and many other brides by taking our money but not delivering the dresses or services we were promised. I have no idea of the circumstances in which they have managed to find themselves but they should not have continued to take money from people in recent months. I have had to hunt out half of my dress from a seamstress in Denton, who have charges me a fortune for incomplete alterations... I am still without a vital part of the dress and I get married in 11 days!"},{"text":"Called in here a few weeks ago to look at bridesmaid dresses. It was some of the worst customer service we have encountered. The assistant informed us she was new and had been left on own. We took this into consideration but it still did not excuse how unprofessional she was. She was walking around the shop pulling her tights up! Didnt seem to know what she was talking about. She invited me to sit on the window seat with her to look at samples/swatches. There was a nail sticking out of the ledge which caught and ripped my jeans, she completely ignored us mentioning this and carried on talking about colur swatches whilst i and 2 bridesmaids were trying to get my attached leg off the ledge. We all mentioned the damage it had caused to a new pair might i add and at no point did she acknowledge any of us. We quickly left at this point after taking a picture of the nail. I have emailed twice and had no response. I then rang twice and finally Ryan rang me back and once i mentioned the damage i have never heard back from him. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS SHOP. DISGRACEFUL"},{"text":"The most horrifically disorganised place i have ever encountered. Ordered the wrong dresses, failed to book appointments, didn't do the alterations they charged us for, delayed collection till the last possible second etc. Last thing you need during wedding stress. AVOID!!"},{"text":"I booked an appointment here and honestly could not have been happier with the service! The girls are so helpful, and were really patient and accommodating.
