Story

Nestled in rural Hertfordshire between Stevenage and Hertford, you will always find a warm welcome and a magical atmosphere, here, at Brewery Tearooms. Offering you the finest loose leaf teas served in vintage china teacups or perhaps try our amazing freshly ground coffee - from smooth and silky cappucinos to our exquisite banded lattes. We always have a wonderful selection of freshly home-baked cakes - tall towering victoria sponges; colourful, sticky carrot cake; intense squishy chocolate brownies, or maybe try one of our warm scones with clotted cream and some homemade strawberry jam.

There's also a range of freshly prepared light lunches, a different menu each day magically apears on our pretty blackboard, offering you delights such as Summer Frittata, served with a selection of salad and coleslaw; Toasted Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese served with dill and mustard sauce; or maybe some Wild Mushroom Soup to warm you up on a blustery autumn day, served with a wedge of fresh seeded bread and butter.

All of our dishes are made to order using the finest ingredients and lots of lovely local produce.

Nestled at the back of Brewery Tearooms is our gift shop, with hand painted furniture, twinkley jewelery, kitchenalia, and a whole lot more! ...all sorts of beautiful treasure to take home with you.
