This must be one of the worst Starbucks in the UK. The service is awful. There is only ever one person serving and the manager is hardly ever front of house. The tables outside arent very clean either. If you order hot food they don't even bring it over to your table even if your only sitting a few metres away. They plonk the food on the till and hope you might of heard them calling your name. Very often the coffee isn't made properly and it depends on who's made it. Very poor.

Appalling. No attention to anything not behind the serving counter. Messy and not cleared while there are no customers. Actually behind the counter wasn't great as there was leak so paper towels everywhere. Toilets not much fun either. Update: read reviews from 7 months ago and it appears nothing has changed since then. A non-chain shop would soon go under if they allowed this to happen. Starbucks get your act together.

This location could be better maintained. They always seem a bit understaffed. This is definitely a "clear the previous customers' things" location, and the toilets are in very bad repair.

Appallingly slow service. Staff apparently unable to multitask, and appear more content chatting to one another than effectively serving customers. Had to walk out without my food as they took so long to put it on the grill, and I was going to miss my train. Service NEEDS to be sped up.
