Went there twice for lunch. A cozy local pub that provided good food at good value. So much ingredients for a delicious classic cheeseburger and club sandwich. Would be good if there are more tea options available.
I came for breakfast and surprised by its selling point for unlimited breakfast. Decently priced, kids eat free deal and you'll be happy with a full belly. Table service for cooked food and cold items like pastries, cereal, bread, drinks are available from the buffet area. Quiet in the mornings if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere
Really good food, big portions couldn't eat it all friendly and helpful staff. Will revisit in the future. Only reason I give a 4 stars, only downside is that the entrance for cars is a bit convoluted, close to a roundabout - you need to be careful not to miss your exit and the entrance is on the left hand side as for the Holiday Inn - may be difficult for someone who doesn't know the area which way to go.
Went for lunch today .. i had a ploughmans .. the ham was cheap stuff no taste .. no butter for rolls lettuce was all dry ,no crisps .... my partner had the midweek roast chicken the roast potatoes was disgusting looked like they were jacket then reheated very small portion of veg my partner said best part was the stuffing my sister had chicken , chips the chips were a dark brown so she left them ... so for 4 meals and drink 4 dessert £75.... think we will be giving this a miss next time.... pic is of the mid week roast the bacon came from my sisters meal
Absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious and it was beautifully designed. Had an wonderful lunch date with my husband yesterday. Would definitely recommend. The pricing was fantastic too!! We definitely got more than we paid for! Will be returning and with the kids too!Food: 5/5
Could not fault the food. Absolutely perfect. Server was very polite and helpful. Its a place that serves different food unlike Greene King that dominates the area serving the same food in every one of their pubs. We use 5 of them although they are good too Our food today made a welcomed change from the norm. Annoying when you eat out daily as it gets boring. Thank you. We will start using your restaurant in future and knock one of our Greene King restaurants on the head. Well done. Great day with family.
Good value but understaffed on my visit. Friendly helpful staff but long wait for food and somethings missed
My wife and I decided to revisit after an absence of about 5 months. The new menu was very nice. Service was slow. We felt sorry for Shannon our waitress. She appeared to be the only person taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the tables and helping clientele paying their bills. As the restaurant filled with customers no help appeared. Well done Shannon,
Went for lunch, must say we were disappointed, have used previously on a number of occasions and to be honest has been better. Had 2 flat whites, £2.75 each, only half a cup, scampi tails, chips and garden peas, reasonable amount of scampi, small quantity of chips that I would describe as warm and had 32 peas. Wife had the fish pie and side salad which was better but sauce in the pie needed to have more flavour. Staff talking loudly about table places quite distracting. Will probably use again in the future in the hope that it was just an off day. Even so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parking: Plenty of parking, not a problem
Waited ages to get seated. 15 minutes before taking my order. Asked what drinks were included in the meal deal and then they tried to charge me an extra 51p for the drink I had. Food was mediocre. Breakfast was made to order and was still cold when it arrived. Will not be going there again.Food: 2/5
