Always a nice time here. Nicer than the other pubs on a Friday and Saturday night as you can sit down, have your drinks outside and have a good chat. Always sport on. Great landlord and lady too. Great pub
Absolutely love thus pub, true traditional landlords Steve and Jan always go above and beyond. There aren't many pubs in rainham that still have cheese and biscuits and roast tatties on a Sunday. Great watering hole.
Only good thing about this pub it's not a chain and still have the old feeling on what pubs used to be like but I do not think it's gonna last much longer it's always dead full of underage teenagers and no drink behind the bar do not recommend.
Very drab, dreary and in desperate need of a full refurbishment inside. Onsite car park was a huge bonus however. Beer selection wasn't the greatest. Staff were friendly.
Always had a good time when ever I have been here. Pub used to have a reputation apparently but I found it to be warm and welcoming
Awful! Ran out of most drinks, john Smith's was off, filthy, they don't even take card payments any more! I understand since they are up for sale which may explain.
A great local pub doesn't do food but offers usual pub snacks.
Good pub, showing sporting events. Haven't tried a food yet.
Had clubs first meeting at the green lion, good friendly staff and very welcoming.
Great pub, always have a good time when i visit .
